Last year I had the wonderful opportunity to design a wedding invite for one of my dearest friends. She wanted something magical for her Harry Potter inspired wedding and I was more than happy to comply.
The design is based on Minalima's Bertie Bott's Every Flavor Beans packaging, with some tweaks: The wedding location, time and date replaces the candy; the illustrations of the circus children were also changed to illustrations depicting the couple; and some additional details.
The invite arrived at your door inside a tight closed cardstock envelope. Once opened, you would read a label that said: "Pull me" and once you did, the flat design would magically emerge and transform into a 3d candy box.
Additionally, I created custom stamps so she could decorate further more the envelopes and enhance the magical invite experience.
